Private breathwork sessions provide space for you to connect with yourself on a deeper level. You will be guided towards greater self-awareness of your own inner world. I provide my clients with a safe, nonjudgmental space to witness their breath and body. I offer breathing experiences that have the potential to unlock stuck emotions, unwind thought patterns, and provide an opportunity to experience a different way of being. I then provide you with breath practices/tools targeted to your unique needs and challenges, so you can put them into practice immediately in your daily life. 

1-on-1 Breathwork Sessions

What to expect:

  • 60-90 minutes dedicated entirely to you

  • Initial breath assessment

  • Clarity on your unique goals. Let’s get specific about how you want to grow, and find ways breathing can help.

  • Breath education:

    Learn your own responses to stress and threat, unlearn patterns that are keeping you stuck, and begin to cope with challenges in ways that sustain you for a healthier, more balanced life.

  • Breath experiences:

    Connect more deeply to your body and breath through longer periods of breathing consciously. Move towards healing through breathing and being in the moment.

  • Build your toolkit:

    Take away practices you can practically implement into your life.
